Jerome showed up by 5 am and was there the whole day and multiple times in a two-week period. He was fabulous, he got to work and didn't stop. I had an outstanding experience with the mold remediation service at my property. From the very beginning, Glenda was incredibly professional and attentive. She performed the initial inspection, explained the entire process clearly, and answered all my questions, which gave me great confidence right from the start.
The work team — Gennaro, Sergio, Djimmy, Walson, and Markandy — also did an excellent job. They were punctual, careful, and very detail-oriented throughout the remediation process. They made sure to protect the surrounding areas, kept everything clean, and left the property in perfect condition once the work was completed.
The final result was impeccable: the mold was completely removed, and the environment now feels much cleaner and healthier.

Adam from Joe Taylor restoration called to set up a time to pick up equipment. He kept me informed of his arrival time, as I had to leave at a specific time for another obligation. Adam was out of the house a few minutes before I had to leave, even before he packed up equipment in his truck so I could leave on time. He was courteous and asked if I needed him to leave up barriers between garage and laundry. I was grateful since reconstruction wasn’t scheduled until days later. Appreciate JT professionalism.
The whole water restoration team are wonderful! I needed a company to evaluate my water damage after being told there was "minimal damage". After Clau assessed the damage it was found there was more than "minimal damage" The team handled it quickly & professionaly!
