The new year is off to a great start! This month, the Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) Customer Spotlight: Orlando, Florida is on Dani’s experience with JTR’s “angels” and flood remediation.

Flood damage is never fun. It’s incredibly overwhelming, and sometimes, it takes a significant amount of time to get a home or business back to its pre-loss condition. The team at JTR is well aware of the frustration that comes with flood damage and flood remediation, so we work very hard to try and explain the process completely and ease the minds of the impacted property owners all along the way.

Fortunately, that’s just what we did for Dani in Orlando, Florida. Not only did we remediate his home in a timely fashion, but we provided him with the personal reassurance he needed to make the process smoother and more bearable.

Brandon, Jason, and Josue might be actual angels. Brandon led the team and was compassionate and kind. I had awful flooding in my home and was having different companies in and out for a multitude of reasons. I think Brandon could sense my anxiety because he was so kind and offered so many solutions so that I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. The work is straight forward- removing the floors and dehumidifying the home. That’s a dime a dozen really. Not for nothing, they did an amazing and fast job. But the humanity element cannot be replaced. One of the worst weeks of my life was made a lot easier by these three gentlemen.
