Customer Spotlight: Fort Myers, Florida- Black Mold

black mold March is marching on, so it’s time for another Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) Customer Spotlight. This month, the focus is on Kathi in Fort Myers, Florida, her experience with black mold, and JTR’s mold remediation services.

Mold and mildew are everywhere. They are naturally occurring microorganisms that exist outside, breaking down dead organic matter, such as fallen leaves, and constantly releasing tiny spores in order to reproduce. These same spores also exist inside our homes and businesses on a variety of surfaces. They generally do not present a problem, until the surfaces become wet, and mold and mildew begin to grow.

There are many types of mold, and none of them will grow without water or moisture. Some types of mold are relatively non-toxic, though they can still cause allergic reactions and other medical issues. But other types, such as black mold, can be extremely toxic and must be removed immediately to avoid health risks.

That is exactly what Kathi was facing in her home in Fort Myers, Florida:

Daniel and Mike and their crew did a fantastic job removing all the black mold and damaged property in our house. I cannot say enough good things about Daniel. He was so courteous and helpful- this company is lucky to have a great asset in Daniel.

We are so thrilled that we were able to remediate the black mold in Kathi’s home, and that she had a great experience with Daniel, Mike and the rest of the JTR team in Southwest Florida.

If you suspect mold or find it in your home or business, whether it is black mold or another type, do not hesitate to contact Joe Taylor Restoration. We will not only rid you of your mold problem, but we will also make sure that you have a wonderful service experience, just like Kathi. The sooner you call, the sooner you will know for sure that your home or work environment is as healthy and mold-free as it can be.
