As March comes to a close, we would like to highlight one of our amazing team members in another Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) Employee Spotlight: Maxine Gotte. Maxine started working with JTR last year as part of the Administrative Team, but her hard work earned her a recent promotion to the Accounting Team as AR Administrative Support.

Maxine says, “My favorite part of my job is having the opportunity to learn about new platforms and different skills. I enjoy the fast-paced environment and knowing that I work on a team that receives so many great reviews from our customers.” Her favorite thing about JTR is “being part of an environment where employees can grow, and being part of a positive team.”

Family

I have been in the US for 5 years and was just recently reunited with my mom and sister, who now live here with me.

Favorite Books

My favorite book, so far, is Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom. I also really enjoyed Once Upon a River by Diane Setterfield. Highly recommend them both!

Favorite Food

My favorite food, lately, is chickpea curry with white rice. It must be the one with coconut milk! It’s an awesome vegan dish and super delicious.
