• When there are health concerns. If a property owner or inhabitant is exhibiting symptoms that could be related to the presence of mold (coughing, sneezing, headaches, etc), a mold inspection and test may help to decipher whether or not a mold problem actually exists.
• Real Estate transactions– in the interests of both buyers and sellers.
• Landlord/Tenant disputes– where mold is a suspected problem.
• An owner or tenant thinks they see or smell mold but are not sure.
• A general Indoor Air Quality Test of the environment is requested.
