In the last Joe Taylor Restoration Customer Spotlight, we highlighted a glowing customer review of a job done extremely well by both our water and mold/ cleaning teams in the Central Florida Office.

Now, we would like to introduce you to one of the awesome members of that team, a Cleaning Division Production Team Leader named Glauco Cesar Cardoso Costa.

Glauco has worked with Joe Taylor Restoration for one year, eight months, and loves the variety of the job and that every day is a new challenge. His most favorite thing about JTR, however, is that, “We are a big family. Everybody supports you, and you support them back.”

In order for you to get to know him better, Glauco chose three topics about which to share: his family, his hobbies, and food!

Family

Me and my family all came from Brazil. We have been living here in Florida since 2017, and we love it. Matter of fact, my only daughter was born here, and she is 2 years old. She is my heart. I live with my wife and daughter. But my parents, my brother, and his family all reside on the same street, which is perfect for me.

Hobbies

As a former athlete, I love sports- especially soccer and CrossFit.

Food

 I love Brazilian BBQ!

Glauco is a team player who is a pleasure to work with, and our customers appreciate him too! Their very positive feedback includes Glauco’s ability to address all customer concerns, effectively answer questions, and follow up thoroughly throughout the mold remediation process.
