One of the highlights of working for Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) is the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. We want every member of our team to reach their goals and achieve whatever level they are willing to work hard for.

This week’s Employee Spotlight, Tampa Office, is a great example of someone who worked hard to attain a leadership role, and even moved from one office to another in order to do it.

Daniel Lopez started at the South West Florida Office two and a half years ago, and recently moved to our Tampa Office. He now works as a Production Team Leader in the cleaning department there. JTR is thrilled with Daniel’s efforts and the fact that he decided to make a move that benefitted him and the company.

Based on his own personal positive experience, Daniel says his favorite thing about JTR is “that there is always opportunity for growth.” And his favorite aspect of his job is working with his team.

I was born in Miami, Florida. But I’ve been all around, and now lived all around Florida.

My main hobby is working out. Other than that, I just enjoy doing my job.
