Joe Taylor Restoration’s Central Florida Office is amazing! The team there works so hard, does their very best, and sincerely wants to help each one of our customers to get through what can be very difficult circumstances.

Because of a rather large water damage problem, we alerted Joe Taylor Restoration in the afternoon, and they were there bright and early the next morning all ready with all equipment needed to immediately start the job.

Everette and Nico worked tirelessly with smiles, politeness, respect and empathy the whole day. Their part was finished after setting up massive dryers, moving furniture & appliances, tearing up damaged floor and on & on.

After 2-3 days, Hector, the mold assessor & estimator, came in and became our liaison for the rest of the procedure. He coordinated what had to be done next, assembled a demo crew, took photos and set schedules for this next step all while keeping us informed every step of the way. Again extremely polite, respectful, empathetic & encouraging. No matter how many emails I sent him, he was exemplary. (I could never have dealt with me that way!)

The demo crew (Maya, Carlos, Blas (sp) & led by Caesar) worked all day & later in order to finish their job. They could see our anxiety. Then the next morning Maya, Cesar & Eliana (sp) came back for the mold remediation.

Today after all tests for mold spores & asbestos have come back negative, we received our all clear call from Hector and he is now coordinating the removal of barriers & equipment as I write.

I hope never to have to go through a water damage problem again but if I did I would not hesitate to call on this outstanding organization. They made a bad situation better than we could have imagined. Kudos to Joe Taylor Restoration and thank you!
