Hello! And welcome to the latest Joe Taylor Restoration Customer Spotlight: Fort Myers, Florida. The focus of this month’s Customer Spotlight is a subject that is very important to us- taking care of what our customers value.
In this case, our spotlight customer, Roxanne, had a very expensive custom backsplash in her kitchen. Our technicians in the Southwest Florida Office took great care not to damage that backsplash, while still getting the job done appropriately and effectively. She was very appreciative of their consideration, as well as their professionalism and responsiveness.
The entire team has been a delight to work with. I had a dishwasher leak that caused water damage and mold. The assessment, drying, deconstruction of parts of my kitchen and now mold treatment has been seamless. Special kudos to the men who had to dismantle the kitchen cabinets and counters. Our backsplash was special ordered from Italy and they managed to remove the counter without damaging the backsplash! Well done guys. Thank you.
