As Tropical Storm Eta continues its northward trek, we at Joe Taylor Restoration are busy helping residents in our coverage areas with everything from roof leaks and roof tarps, to flooding. The team at our headquarters is fielding emergency calls around the clock, so do not hesitate to contact us!
With that in mind, we would like to focus now on this month’s Customer Spotlight. The following customer, Ann, was very pleased by the professionalism, punctuality, quality, responsiveness, and value from all the team members she encountered at our headquarters in Delray Beach, Florida.
I am thrilled with the service provided by this company from the receptionist that took my initial call to the team that came to my home. They put me at ease right away. Rafael and Adriano were extremely thorough and effective assessing the area affected by the water damage. They had respect for my home and did what they had to do to dry out my home with minimal destruction to my home. I got 3 estimates and of all the companies they offered the most in detail explanation and best value for the price. This is a bill I will be happy to pay. My home is back to its previous state and DRY. Thank you for everything and I would surely recommend them again.
