Happy New Year all! We, at Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR), hope that you had a wonderful holiday season, and that your 2022 is already off to a great start!
We are beginning the new year with a bang; a Customer Spotlight, Orlando Florida highlighting Nancy’s experience with water damage that turned into quite a mold problem. In her words, a situation that was “waaaaay more than expected.”
JTR was sent to us through our insurance company for a water leak in the wall which turned out to be waaaaay more than expected.
We started with Stephen and Carlos (great communication) for water removal– very professional and thorough in their assessment of the MOLD problem which had occurred. No such thing as a small leak.
We are now in the “demo” process of this adventure and were sent Rodolfo and Nate who did a fantastic job and were so caring of our fragile state and concerns.
I can’t say enough about this company. Hopefully, if you are ever in the need of their services (I hope you don’t, but if you should), I hope your insurance company sends them to your rescue. Carlos and crew are and have been the greatest!! Thank you JTR!
