It’s the end of the month and time for another Joe Taylor Restoration Newsletter! This Customer Spotlight: Orlando, Florida is on Becky D., a retiree who was so thrilled with our services that she took the time to write a detailed description of her experience with Joe Taylor Restoration in a five star google review:

Nobody in their right mind wants to deal with insurance companies, unexpected home disasters and restoration companies when they retire to sunny Florida. But when disaster strikes (and unfortunately it does), it’s nice to know someone has your back.

This past week, we had a water damage disaster when the condo above us had a broken water pipe that flooded their unit and leaked into ours. After contacting our insurance company, Joe Taylor Restoration was dispatched.

Within just a few hours, Kris Zepp called and scheduled an appointment THAT SAME DAY. Not only did he arrive at the appointed time, he was friendly, professional, efficient and competent. He examined everything carefully, assessed the scope of our project and immediately went to work determining just how much water had seeped into our walls and ceilings with his electronic sensor.

He poked (thankfully small) holes in the walls and ceiling that had significant water leakage to ensure they dried completely, and then set up multiple dehumidifiers and fans to minimize the damage as quickly as possible. He took the extra time to secure the multiple cords snaking throughout our unit so they were not a hazard, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of our questions.

It has been four days with the fans and dehumidifiers running nonstop. Kris and Brandon arrived this morning to complete their work, determine if there was any lingering moisture in our walls, packed up their equipment and bid us goodbye. Thankfully everything was completely dry!!

We could not be happier with Joe Taylor Restoration. If you want your disaster handled right the first time, call Joe Taylor Restoration. After an indescribably awful experience with a large, well-known restoration company earlier this winter, these guys were amazing. They may not be the biggest in the area, but they are the best. We’d give them 10 stars if we could.
