Hi! I want management to know how amazing it has been to work with you all, I just left a review on Google but wanted to also address you all directly. Seriously thanks so much! I would give you guys a million star review if I could lol. Your guys are incredible! The last few weeks have been very very difficult especially with my 13 month old having health issues, but everyone with Joe Taylor Restoration is the best!! Adriano, Filipe, and Matt all deserve a huge shout out!

The service we have received from Joe Taylor has been nothing short of amazing. They are SO thorough and helpful. What started out a water leak on my second floor, went down to the first floor. The guys were here right away and set up all the equipment to start the dry out process (on a Saturday morning).

Adriano and Filipe were the first to come and checked every spot water could have possibly ended up (more that I thought!!). They then were here every couple of days to recheck (we met Clyde one time as well who was great). They never rushed through a minute of work – you can tell they truly care about the customer.

They did end up finding mold,  so I was introduced to the mold remediation division and worked with Matt Q- he was amazing. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, taking time to make sure every single one of my questions were answered as thoroughly as possible. No matter when I had a question he answered it and made sure it made sense to me.

I have truly been amazed with the attention to detail every single one of these guys has had- it isn’t something that you see often anymore, but Adriano, Filipe, and Matt have it!

I did not encounter anything negative – it was all about what they could do to help in my individual situation and ensuring it was ok in my schedule and for the health of my family. In such a stressful situation, I don’t think I could have asked for anything better. Thanks guys!!
