It’s December, and the Christmas season is in full swing! While Santa is making his list and checking it twice, Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) is making job postings, checking resumes, and interviewing!

We are privileged to be growing and adapting almost constantly, providing great job opportunities for employees like Brad Harber, this month’s Employee Spotlight- Headquarters.

Brad is a Cleaning Estimator, handling fire, mold and biohazard remediation, who has been with JTR for only 7 months. But in that time, Brad has proven himself to be a very valuable asset to the company.

According to Brad, his favorite aspect of his job is “dealing with all types of different people daily. I enjoy the obstacles and gratifications of seeing the job through from start to finish, and making sure the customer is always satisfied.”

Brad’s favorite thing about JTR is “how everyone in the work environment is close-knit and friendly, making it feel like a family atmosphere.”

In order for you to get to know him better, Brad chose three topics about which to share: Family, Likes about Florida, and Hobbies/ Interests.

Family

I enjoy spending time with my one-year-old daughter, and we are all excited about my wife’s pregnancy! Our son is due this May.

Likes about Florida

I like that the Florida weather is always warm, and I don’t have to worry about it snowing this winter like I used to in NJ.

Hobbies/ Interests

In my free time I enjoy fishing or going to the beach. I’m also definitely a big sports fan. So I enjoy watching most games on TV or in person.

Brad traded in white Christmases for beaches and palm trees, and he seems to be very pleased with that decision. He’s also happy he came to work with JTR, and likewise, we are glad to have him on board!
