Because Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) is privileged to experience continual growth and expansion, we are often hiring for many different positions all across the state of Florida.

This month’s Employee Spotlight, Tampa Office is on one of our new hires, Christian Hallman. He has worked with us for 3 months as a Cleaning Estimator, and is doing very well so far!

Christian says his favorite aspect of the job is that “I get to meet new people every day, and show them that I am there to help!” And his favorite thing about the company is that everyone works toward the same goal- an unmatched service experience. “One goal makes for a well oiled machine.”

In order for you to get to know him better, Christian chose three topics about which to share: his background, his family, and his hobbies/ interests.

Background

I have been in construction most of my life; my grandfather was a contractor and put me to work at a young age. I was thankful for that because it taught me hard lessons in the beginning- you work for what you have. Slowly but surely, I have been blessed with people that have given me a shot and have seen that I am capable of more than just swinging a hammer.

Family

My wife and I got married in the fall of 2017. We moved to Florida in January of 2018. We have been happily married for almost four years. In Nov. of 2020, my wife gave birth to our first child. His name is Theo.

Hobbies/ Interests

One of my hobbies is serving at our local church as a youth leader. It is one of my greatest joys to see this generation grow into all the great things I know they are capable of.

Christian is already making a name for himself among our customers. One such customer, Kathy, had these kind words to say about him:
