Employee Spotlight: Glennon Schafer- Headquarters
Thursday, May 13, 2021
The month of May brings the latest newsletter from Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR)! And in this Employee Spotlight, Headquarters, we focus on a Florida native, born and raised in Delray Beach.
Glennon Schafer is a Production Team Leader in the Water Department at our Headquarters Office. His favorite aspect of his job is “meeting homeowners and making their water damage problems less stressful.” And having worked with JTR for two and a half years, what he likes best about the company is the guys he works with and being part of a team.
In order for you to get to know him better, Glennon chose three topics about which to share: his Education History/ Background, Hobbies/ Interests, and Likes about Florida.
Educational History/ Background
I went to Florida Atlantic University and achieved a Bachelors in Business Administration in 2017. I went on to get my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2020. Go Owls!
I love playing tennis, but I am also a USPTA (United States Professional Tennis Association) certified teaching professional. I’m an avid sports fan. My favorite sports teams are the Miami Heat and the Miami Dolphins. Pre-COVID, I was a frequent attendee of the Heat games. My newest favorite activity is cruising around on my one-wheel.
Likes about Florida
I was born and raised in Delray Beach. I enjoy the social scene downtown on Atlantic Avenue. But I also love long walks on the beach and the beautiful weather.
Thank you, Glennon, for sharing some about yourself in this Employee Spotlight, Headquarters. We appreciate your hard work and your efforts to make water damage much less frustrating and complicated for JTR’s customers.
Our customers have wonderful things to say about Glennon, emphasizing his knowledge, friendliness, and ability to put them at ease. We are so glad he loves living in Delray Beach, enjoys being part of the team at JTR, and continues to successfully exceed our customers’ expectations, leading to a great experience all around.
