Hello all! For this month’s Joe Taylor Restoration Employee Spotlight, it is our pleasure to introduce you to Jaquob Proctor, a Production Team Leader in the water division of the Southwest Florida Office!

Jaquob has been with us for four years, seven months, and continues to impress us with his hard work and dedication.

Jaquob says that his favorite aspect of the job is turning bad situations into positive experiences. And his favorite thing about Joe Taylor Restoration is the company’s core values: Integrity above all, wow factor, accountability, passion/drive, and customer centric problem solving.

In order for you to get to know him better, Jaquob chose three topics about which to share: his family, his hobbies, and food!

Family

I have an amazing wife. And we have two wonderful, intelligent, beautiful children – a 14-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl.

Hobbies

My hobbies include fishing, kayaking, wood working, automotive work, and creating new memories with my family.

Food

I enjoy trying food from different cultures. We are always seeking to try something new!

It seems that we are not the only ones who are impressed with Jaquob. Our customers also express their appreciation for him on a regular basis. Recently, a customer called our Headquarters to let us know how incredible Jaquob was  throughout the whole water damage restoration process saying, “He was really great, very nice, very professional. Don’t ever get rid of him! You have a good employee on your hands!”
