July is bringing the heat, humidity, and thunderstorms in Florida, which in turn is bringing the water and mold damage jobs to Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR). All of our technicians have been hard at work, including Cleaning Estimator, Jared Tosner, the focus of our July Employee Spotlight- Headquarters.

Jared has been with JTR for almost a year, and says his favorite aspect of his position is “being able to see a job through from the time we get a call, to job completion. I enjoy being able to provide the homeowners with a positive experience through what is often a difficult situation for many.”

As a Cleaning Estimator, Jared deals with mold, fire, and biohazard damage situations, which are indeed very difficult circumstances for most property owners. Jared has a reputation for putting the customer’s mind at ease, explaining and assisting with the process from beginning to end.

Jared’s favorite thing about JTR is “the camaraderie and family atmosphere in the workplace. Employees here love what they do, and it shows.”

Family

I enjoy spending time with my family here in Florida, along with my wife, Nicolette, and our dog, Brady.

Hobbies

I like to play a lot of sports, mostly ice hockey and baseball. I also enjoy going fishing, surfing and reading books on real estate and investing.

Likes about Florida

I love going to the beach and being able to enjoy warm weather throughout the year. There are also plenty of activities to do in the Florida region.
