We have officially entered the summer season here in sunny Florida, and with the month of June comes another Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) Employee Spotlight, Central Florida Office. This spotlight is on Kris Zepp, an employee known for what he says is his favorite aspect of the job- “helping people.”

Kris has been with Joe Taylor Restoration for three years working as a Production Team Leader in the water division, doing an expert job assisting customers with water damage. His favorite thing about JTR is “the great people I work alongside.”

In order for you to get to know him better, Kris chose three topics about which to share: his family, hobbies/ interests, and educational background/ experience.

Family

My wife’s name is Lindy, and we have three boys: Magnus- 11, Augustus- 8, and Atlus- 4.

Hobbies/ Interests 

I enjoy physical fitness, reading, and continually learning how to do new things.

Educational Background/ Experience

I graduated from the University of North Florida, and I have a lot of experience in different fields. I was in the Navy, worked as a personal trainer, junior high school teacher, homebuilder, and firefighter. Being a fireman was my favorite.

Our customers have wonderful things to say about Kris, emphasizing his friendliness, conscientiousness, professionalism, punctuality, efficiency, competence, and integrity.

One such customer recently said “Kris and Steve were both courteous and professional. They came twice to help me with the same leak area. Their integrity is obvious and they didn’t look for extra ways to charge me. Still haven’t pinpointed the source, but thanks for setting me on the right path guys!”
