Although it still feels like the middle of summer in Florida, September brings us Fall and an Employee Spotlight on Luiz Crescenti, a Cleaning Estimator in our Headquarters office. This particular spotlight not only highlights one of our amazing team members, but also the role Luiz played in providing an unmatched service experience for one of our customers who was in need of fire damage clean up.

After 4 years with Joe Taylor Restoration,  Luiz says his favorite aspect of his job is “the satisfaction of helping customers get their lives back on track by providing a great unmatched service experience.” And the thing he likes best about the company is “the comradery among employees and professionalism by all.”

In order for you to get to know him better, Luiz chose three topics about which to share: Family, Education History/ Background, and Hobbies/ Interests:

Family

I am the proud father of Julia and Isabella. I learn from them how to be a better person every day.

Educational History/ Background

I am an FAU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science.

Hobbies/ Interests

Entertaining friends and family by cooking delicious meals and enjoying a good bottle of wine is a favorite pastime.

We had a garage fire earlier this month that burned into the A/C ducts and coated every room in our house with smoke and soot.
