March has arrived, and with it comes Joe Taylor Restoration’s Employee Spotlight Newsletter. This month, we are thrilled to introduce you to Walter Clark, a talented former chef who is known for his thoroughness, leadership, and professionalism as a Mold Estimator in the Southwest Florida Office.

Walter has been with JTR for almost five years, handling all types of mold remediation. And like so many of our other team members have mentioned in their Employee Spotlights, Walter’s favorite thing about JTR is “the comradery.” He enjoys working in an environment where there is a spirit of community and everyone is happy to help each other.

Walter’s favorite facet of the job is the teamwork aspect. He’s glad he’s part of a team who works together to solve problems and get the job done right.

In order for you to get to know him better, Walter chose three topics about which to share: his educational history/ experience, his hobbies/ interests, and his favorite destination(s)!

Educational History/ Experience 

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UNC-Wilmington, and I am a Certified Sous Chef with the American Culinary Federation. I was a chef for 10 years prior to working for JTR.

Hobbies/ Interests 

My hobbies include kayaking, paddle boarding, and of course cooking.

Favorite Destination(s)

Nothing beats Napa Valley and the Florida Keys.
