At Joe Taylor Restoration, we are proud of the Certificates of Satisfaction (COS) that we get from our customers. They almost always come back with straight “yes”es for satisfaction and a rating of “10/extremely likely” to refer JTR services to family or friends. But it is especially rewarding to receive a great COS from a customer who has endured a fire in their home, and called on us to deal with the resulting fire, smoke, and soot damage.

Property fires are terrible. Seeing the things you’ve worked so hard for literally go up in smoke is an upsetting and stressful experience for most people. And then, the aftermath of a fire can be equally as awful. There is often water damage from fire hoses, and smoke and soot damage throughout the affected structure.
