The emergency restoration work we do at Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) allows us to meet all kinds of wonderful people doing a myriad of interesting things.
We recently had the privilege of providing water restoration services to some fabulous customers at the Talki Foundation in Brunswick, Georgia. They’re working hard to help those struggling with Diabetes, and they raise awareness partially with their 2 adorable pups (pictured), Leo and Fotina. These fantastic folks are JTR’s Customer Spotlight for the lovely month of April, and this is what they had to say:
Houston, we have a problem.
The pipe burst in the laundry room is significantly worse than I initially thought.
This morning Devon from Joe Taylor Restoration came in advance of the insurance claim.
He looked at everything and immediately knew where the pipe burst. Then, he brought in fans and dehumidifiers. He was very informative and professional.
Leo and Fotina assisted. Of course…
I was completely clueless and Devon took time to explain everything to me. He was great and my dogs loved him .
