‘Tis the season for joy, family and friends, ideally, not for water heater leaks and mold damage. Especially when it’s not even your water heater, but instead, your neighbor’s leak causes mold damage in your home. That is about as Grinchmas as it gets.
Unfortunately, that’s what happened to one of our fabulous customers, Marion, in Leesburg, Florida. She is the subject of Joe Taylor Restoration‘s last Customer Spotlight for 2024.
Let me begin by saying I was not an easy customer. My neighbors water tank must have been leaking for months, if not over a year, into my master bath & surrounding areas. It caused extensive mold damage.
I called my insurance company & asked for their recommendation for a mold remediation service. They gave me 2 names. After totally being calmed down by Terrance at Joe Taylor’s, after quite a few phone calls, I was really nervous about the whole situation. But I went forward with Joe Taylor’s service.
This was a situation I had no control over in my own home. Terrance sent Bruno and his crew over to do the work. They were amazing. They informed me every step of the way. They were all polite & were extremely hard workers. They treated me & my home with respect and care. Another manager also stopped at my home to check on how things were going.
