This month’s JTR Employee Spotlight: Headquarters shines on Carleigh Bremer, our Sales Administrator, who has been with JTR for 9 months. In her role, Carleigh plays a crucial part in supporting the sales team and ensuring communication and coordination flow seamlessly—helping our team respond quickly and effectively to every customer, even during the busy holiday season.
When asked about her favorite aspect of her job, Carleigh shared:
“One of my favorite parts of being the sales administrator for JTR is the opportunity to support our sales team in ways that directly contribute to our overall success. I enjoy being at the center of communication and coordination—making sure information flows smoothly, tasks are organized, and everyone has what they need to perform at their best.”
Carleigh says her favorite thing about working at JTR is the supportive team environment:
“No matter the challenge, there’s always someone ready to lend a hand, and it really feels like we’re all part of one big team. I also appreciate the opportunities for growth within the company, which makes me genuinely excited for the future.”

Favorite Thing About South Florida
My favorite thing about South FL is that no matter the time of year, I can go to the beach and bring my dog with me. It’s our favorite place to be.
Education/ Background
I’m a part of a private family foundation founded by my great grandfather and great grandmother. It gives grants to Catholic organizations in the U.S. and around the world, we support ministries, education, social-service programs, humanitarian work, among other projects as well.
Carleigh’s dedication, organization, and positive spirit make her an essential part of the JTR family. Her behind-the-scenes work ensures that our sales team—and ultimately our customers—receive the support and attention needed for a smooth restoration experience, especially during the hustle and bustle of the holidays.
