This May, as we head into the end of the school year, graduations, and the start of summer, our team continues to stay centered on what matters most—showing up for our customers and delivering steady, reliable restoration services. At Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR), that commitment is carried out every day by team members who lead with focus and integrity. This month, we’re proud to recognize someone who does just that—our May Employee Spotlight, Pensacola Office: Cole Heckman.
Cole has been part of the JTR team for two years, serving as a Water Production Team Leader (PTL) in our Pensacola Office. In this role, Cole is on the front lines, helping guide projects from start to finish while ensuring each job is handled with urgency, precision and care. His leadership plays an important role in helping customers move through difficult situations and get back to normal as quickly as possible.
When asked about his favorite aspect of his job, Cole shared:
“I enjoy helping people during stressful times, and I like that every day is different—each job comes with its own challenges.”

“The team environment—everyone works together to get the job done while helping customers get back to normal.”

Hobbies/Interests
I enjoy building cars, going to the gym, photography, videography, and traveling.
Favorite Destination
My favorite is Big Sky, Montana—because of the snowboarding and the mountains. I used to work as a ski lift operator there during the winter.
Likes/Dislikes About Florida
I enjoy the beaches, weather, and outdoor activities. The only downside is the traffic during peak tourist season.
Cole’s strong work ethic, hands-on leadership, and commitment to helping others make him an invaluable part of the JTR team. His ability to adapt, problem-solve, and lead in high-pressure situations helps ensure every customer receives the reliable restoration services they need during challenging times.
