Surprisingly, we’ve already moved into March, and the year is in full swing. The excitement of the new year has settled into steady progress, teamwork, and the daily dedication it takes to serve our customers well. At Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR), every member of our team plays an important role in helping property owners recover after unexpected losses. This month, we’re proud to recognize someone whose commitment to quality service and teamwork makes a meaningful difference every day—our March Employee Spotlight: Evens Sainvilus.
Evens has been a valued member of the JTR team for a year and a half, serving as a Cleaning PTL (Production Team Leader). In his role, Evens helps ensure that every fire, mold or biohazard job is completed with care, precision, and attention to detail. His work is an essential part of the restoration process, helping return homes and businesses to safe, clean environments after difficult circumstances.
When asked about his favorite aspect of his job, Evens shared:
“My favorite aspect of my job is providing high-quality service, and seeing the satisfaction of our clients after the work is completed.”
