As August brings the excitement of a new school year and communities settle back into their routines across Florida and Southern Georgia, Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) remains focused on restoring homes, businesses, and peace of mind after water, fire, mold, or biohazard damage. That mission is made possible by team members who consistently exceed our customers’ expectations. This month, we’re proud to recognize our August Employee Spotlight from our Jacksonville Office: Manuel Santillan.
Manuel has been a valued member of the JTR team for the past nine months, serving as a Project Team Leader (PTL), Cleaning Technician in our Jacksonville Office. During his time with JTR, Manuel has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service while helping customers restore their homes and regain a sense of stability.

Family
My family is originally from Ecuador, but I was born in New York. Family has always been an important part of my life and has helped shape who I am today.
Favorite Food
My favorite food is a cheese quesadilla. It’s a simple meal that I’ve always enjoyed.
Hobbies & Interests
I’m very athletic and enjoy spending my free time playing soccer. I also love playing pickleball and staying active whenever I can.
Although Manuel has been with JTR for less than a year, he has already made a positive impact on both our customers and his teammates.
