While the summer heat is keeping many indoors across Florida and South Georgia, the Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) team continues to respond quickly when our customers face unexpected property emergencies. Whether it’s water, fire, mold or biohazard restoration, every successful project is made possible by dedicated team members who serve with professionalism, compassion, and excellence. This month, we’re proud to recognize our July Employee Spotlight, Central Florida Office: Rodolfo Fuenmayor.
Rodolfo has been a valued member of the JTR team for seven and a half years, serving as a Project Team Leader (PTL) in our Cleaning Division. Throughout his time at JTR, Rodolfo has consistently demonstrated a commitment to serving customers with care while helping lead projects that restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind.
Jennifer, a JTR customer, recently had this to say about Rodolfo’s work ethic:

Family
Family is the most important part of my life. I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones, especially on weekends. Being with family helps me stay motivated, balanced, and focused on what matters most.
Favorite Food
My favorite food is barbecue. I enjoy getting together with family and friends to share a good meal, especially on Sundays. To me, good food and good company are the perfect combination.
Hobbies & Interests
One of my favorite things is spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors. I especially enjoy going to the beach, relaxing by the water, and creating memories with my loved ones. I also enjoy spending Sundays with family, sharing good food, and enjoying quality time together.
For more than seven years, Rodolfo has been an important part of the Joe Taylor Restoration team. His dedication to helping customers through challenging situations, willingness to solve problems, and commitment to teamwork reflect the values that define our company.
