Happy summer, everyone! The team at Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) hopes you’re surviving the Florida and Southern Georgia heat and humidity, and that perhaps you have some vacation plans to escape to a cooler climate soon.
This month, our June Employee Spotlight is focused on the one and only Sergio Saliba. Sergio is a stellar Cleaning Technician that has worked with JTR for the last year and a half from our Headquarters in Delray Beach, FL.
Sergio says that his favorite aspect of his job is “seeing client satisfaction firsthand. It is incredibly rewarding as their relief and joy make the hard work worthwhile. Also, hands-on experience in materials, craftsmanship, and restoration techniques developed by Joe and other agencies help us build expertise.”
As with many of our employees, Sergio’s favorite thing about JTR is “the organization and the incredible team, making every challenge easier to handle.”

Outside of work, my interest in F1 simulator racing reflects a competitive drive to deliver high-quality results and improve performance.

My two favorite types of food are Japanese and Italian food.
Sergio mentioned something that many of our wonderful employees report as their favorite aspect of JTR: the incredible team element within the company that allows even the most challenging of circumstances to be easily surmountable. As we all know, there can be any number of challenges when it comes to the many moving parts of property restoration, but as they say, “many hands make light work.” And that’s the truth at JTR for sure.
