As the year begins to wind down, it’s the perfect time to recognize the incredible people who help Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) run smoothly day after day—especially during times when homeowners need us most.
This month’s Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) Employee Spotlight: Headquarters shines on Tamsin Scarrett, an Operations Assistant who has been with JTR for almost a year. In her role, Tamsin plays a key part in coordinating services and supporting customers through the restoration process with care and professionalism.
When asked about her favorite aspect of her job, Tamsin shared, “I enjoy speaking with homeowners and providing them with assistance at their homes in their time of need.” That compassion and understanding are exactly what make her such a valuable member of the JTR team.
Tamsin says her favorite thing about working at JTR is the company’s teamwork: “Everyone is willing to jump in and help when things get hectic, and that kind of support makes a big difference in a fast-paced environment like ours.” It’s that spirit of collaboration and dedication that defines JTR and the people who make it great.

Favorite Destination
My favorite place I’ve been is England, because most of my family lives there and the scenery is always pretty.
Hobbies/ Interests
I love spending time with my family and friends. I also like to be outside, go on walks, and listen to music—it helps me unwind and recharge.
Favorite Book
My favorite book is The Let Them Theory. The book reminded me that I can’t control others; I can only control how I respond, and that has helped me stay calmer and more focused in both work and life.
