Clau began his career with Joe Taylor Restoration in February 2019, starting in the field as a Cleaning Technician. Through dedication and consistent performance, he transitioned into Water Mitigation, gaining hands-on experience in production, job-site management, and customer service.
In late 2020, Clau was promoted to Project Team Leader, where he quickly established himself as a high-performing leader. During his time in this role, he earned company recognition as Top Closer in 2021 and 2022, and later achieved Highest Revenue in 2024, reflecting his strong technical expertise, consistent execution in the field, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
At the end of 2025, Clau was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager for the Fort Myers branch, supporting operations throughout Southwest Florida. In this role, he works closely with leadership to oversee daily operations, support production and administrative teams, and train staff in accordance with IICRC standards. Having grown within the company across multiple positions, Clau brings a practical, field-tested perspective to leadership and plays an active role in maintaining consistency, efficiency, and quality across the branch.
Originally from Brazil, Clau brings a diverse background and strong work ethic to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, experiencing new cultures, appreciating the beautiful landscapes God has created, and producing creative video content.
