Robert is the Branch Manager for Joe Taylor Restoration’s Delray office, where he oversees production, team performance, and customer service delivery. He brings over twenty years of leadership experience spanning military service, logistics, e-commerce, and multi-site operations.
Robert approaches his role with a steady, structured, and people-first mindset. His twelve years as an Infantry Noncommissioned Officer in the U.S. Army shaped his disciplined, service-focused approach to leadership.
He prioritizes his Christian faith, family, and community volunteer work. A dedicated health and fitness advocate, Robert believes that personal discipline strengthens his ability to lead others.
He holds a Masters Degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Excelsior College.
