At Joe Taylor Restoration, we have several Core Values, the first of which is Integrity. Our goal as an organization is to always do the right thing, whether or not anyone is watching and regardless of the circumstances. We take this Core Value very seriously, and could relay countless instances where the integrity of our employees has played a vital role in our operational success.
But the focus of today’s blog post is another one of our Core Values- the Wow Factor. To us, the Wow Factor means we deliver our Unmatched Service Experience each and every moment of each and every day. It is our aim to continually, overwhelmingly exceed our customers’ expectations with every encounter from the moment they call us until the moment we close their file. Some might say, that’s a tall order. And it is. But, surprisingly, our employees manage to pull it off on a regular basis.
One such example happened recently where one of our technicians went way above and beyond our typical services, truly exemplifying the Wow Factor. Joe Taylor Restoration received an after hours call for emergency water restoration. The homeowner was a sweet elderly woman in the Delray Beach area. Our technician called to touch base with her when he was on his way to her house. While they were on the phone, she asked if he could stop by a grocery store and pick up the specific brand of milk and water she needed.
Now obviously Joe Taylor Restoration’s services include water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration, not errand running. But because one of our Core Values is the Wow Factor, and because our employees are the kind of people who gladly go above and beyond, our technician not only stopped to get the woman what she requested, but he also would not accept payment for it when he arrived at her home. That is the Wow Factor in full effect.
