As we close out a month where we’re reminded to be grateful, Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) would like to shine an Employee Spotlight on one of our awesome team members, Jacob Hepner, a Cleaning Production Team Leader (PTL) in our Tallahassee Office.

Jacob says his favorite aspect of his job is “helping homeowners navigate the difficult time they are experiencing with their loss. Most jobs we deal with, it is the homeowner’s first time experiencing any kind of damage to their home, and they usually do not know what direction to go or who to turn to. I take pride in being the person they can turn to in getting their home and life back to normal again.” We are so grateful for employees like Jacob who take pride in helping others, especially in difficult circumstances.

For his Employee Spotlight- Tallahassee Office, Jacob chose three topics about which to share: Favorite Food, Likes about Florida, and Hobbies/ Interests.

Favorite Food 

My favorite food has got to be, hands down, Mexican food. Who doesn’t love queso?!

Likes about Florida

I truly love the great state of Florida, because anywhere you go the water is not too far away to enjoy some good quality fishing!

Hobbies/ Interests

One of my favorite things to do is just go and be outdoors with my wife and two dogs. It is where I spend a lot of my free time.

Jacob is an enthusiastic team player, saying that his favorite thing about JTR is “the team/family camaraderie within the NWFL/ Tallahassee branch and across the company as a whole, as well as the dependability of leadership. No matter what the situation or who’s territory it falls in, everyone at JTR is a team player and will jump in whenever and wherever needed to get the job done!”
