Happy New Year! Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) is sending each of you best wishes for a fantastic 2024. We’re starting the new year with an Employee Spotlight on one of our stellar team members in our Tampa and Fort Myers Offices, Filipi Guidi.

Filipi is a Project Manager who has been with JTR for almost 2 years. He says his favorite aspect of his job “is the satisfaction of helping clients rebuild their lives after disasters (like fire losses and hurricanes). It’s fulfilling to be part of a team that makes a positive impact during challenging times.”

Filipi’s favorite thing about JTR is the opportunity for personal and professional growth. He states, “the fusion of personal and professional development within an entrepreneurial environment represents a distinctive cultural aspect. This mix cultivates an atmosphere that prioritizes continuous growth and innovation, fostering an environment where individuals can flourish both personally and in their professional pursuits.”

Family

I’ve been married for 13 years. No kids (yet), but we just got a puppy (Chloe).

Hobbies/ Interests

I completed my first skydive this year. And in January 2024, I will commence classes to pursue a professional skydiving certification.

Education/ Background

Bachelor of Civil Aviation, Post Graduate – Public Management + Management of Public Security. Former police officer in Brazil.
