Customer Spotlight: Orlando, Florida- Trauma Cleanup

Let us start out by saying how grateful we are for our insurance carrier and agency partners, as well as, of course, our customers! To show some of that appreciation, we’d like to highlight one of our amazing customers, Jon, in this November Customer Spotlight: Orlando, Florida. Jon needed some help with biohazard/ trauma cleanup when his Uncle had an unfortunate fall in his home:

We used Joe Taylor Restoration to do some cleanup at my Uncle’s home after he took a horrific fall and left quite a mess in three separate rooms. I worked with J.C. to coordinate the set-up time for the service and he was just fantastic to work with! He always called or texted me back quickly and was super flexible to work with my schedule. Rodolfo was the Technician who showed up and did the work and he was just incredible. I have never seen anyone work so hard for almost 5 hours straight and the job he did was exemplary. My Uncle’s place is now in amazing shape thanks to his hard work and effort. I would offer my highest recommendation for Joe Taylor Restoration.
