Happy Leap Day! We hope you’re enjoying your extra day. Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) is using it to get in our Employee Spotlight for the month of February, focusing on a fantastic water PTL (production team leader) in our Tampa Office, Noel Roman.

Noel, who has been with JTR for almost two years, says that his favorite aspect of his job is “helping people,” and his favorite thing about JTR is the autonomy and “self-management.”
