It’s a beautiful time of year in sunny Florida. The team at Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) is enjoying the weather, and the satisfaction of helping our customers in their time of need. One such customer, Jay, who recently experienced second floor water damage, is the subject of this month’s Customer Spotlight: Tampa, Florida.

We had a water loss on the second floor of our home that caused significant damage. Joe Taylor Restoration arrived quickly after being called and stayed for many hours on a Sunday to mitigate as much damage as possible.

Throughout the drying process they were communicative, respectful, and understanding. They came to my home daily to take readings, adjust equipment, and keep me apprised of the situation.

They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, taking one potential stressor from me.

The work they did was excellent, and they understood the goal of saving as much as they could and causing as little disruption as possible.

We had one small issue and they resolved it immediately. They were top notch the entire way through.

Second floor water damage can wreak havoc on a home, condo, or commercial building.
