It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and Joe Taylor Restoration (JTR) is thrilled to wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Whether it’s Christmas time, or any time, JTR loves to help and serve our customers. And happily, we’ve seen a “hero” theme in some of our customer reviews lately, detailing how JTR has “saved the day.” We thought we would share two of them in this month’s Customer Spotlight: Orlando Florida- Correcting Faulty Restoration.

These reviews highlight JTR’s ability to come into a restoration situation that has not been handled well by a previous company, and make the situation right. We correct and complete the job, leaving the customer greatly relieved and thankful. It’s one of the things we love most about doing what we do.

After several months of working with another restoration company, Jay with Joe Taylor Restoration saved the day! He and his team were able to remove the mold and pass inspection in just one week! This is was a blessing after 5 previous failed tests with the other company and many months of demolition and delays.

Jay and his team were on time, professional and courteous, from first phone call to the last text. His crew did a great job with the removal of the bathroom and kitchen down to the studs and left the job site very clean!

Due to extensive damage, the ac handler was removed from the house and Jay let us use a humidifier so that the mold would not grow back. This was above and beyond their scope of work and we are grateful because insurance settlement has taken months to settle and the mold would have just come back if it wasn’t for Jay’s thoughtfulness and caring.

The home is owned by my 84 year old mother who has been displaced for several months thanks to the other company and insurance delays. The only company that has done anything right in this 9 month nightmare has been Joe Taylor Restoration! We highly recommend them!!! Professional, on time and caring 5 star service!!!!!
